Returns and Refunds

Everyone has the right to return an order up to 14 days after receipt. As soon as we have received the return shipment in good order, you will be credited the purchase amount within 14 days. The shipping costs for the return are for your own account.

If you are going to return, items must be in the same condition as you received them, including the original packaging and with all accessories supplied.

Some items cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards.
  • Items made to your specification, such as a 3D print with an increased scale or a 3D print of a self-supplied model.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts, where the issue is not our fault.

    • Have you not yet received your refund after 14 days? Please contact us so that we can look into it.
