We use high-quality resin & miniatures are in 40k Heroic scale.

Miniatures require assembly and painting (we recommend cyanoacrylate superglue).

PREPARATION GUIDE

1. INSPECT YOUR MODEL

Check all parts and confirm nothing is missing or damaged. If you notice any issues, reach out to us at [email protected] – we’re here to help!

2. CLEANING THE MODEL

Your model comes pre-cleaned, but in some cases you may need to remove small touchpoints or tiny supports.

We recommend using a small knife & sandpaper. Don’t worry – we use high-quality UV resin, so it’s easy to work with!

3. FIXING WARPED PARTS

Due to temperature & humidity changes, small parts might slightly bend during shipping. To fix this:

• Dip the part into hot water or use a hairdryer to warm it up.
• Gently adjust it back into its original form 
• Thicker parts may require more heat or time to readjust & the same technique can be applied when making custom poses
